The essence of MVR lies in its operation: the steam produced as a by-product by the evaporator is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This innovative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced temperature of this steam allows it to be cycled back to the evaporator, where it aids in heating materials and inducing further evaporation. This process ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and resource utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To commence the installation, position the compressor base integrally upon the prepared foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons strategically; once the unit is level, secure the irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 points. The wedges must be meticulously crafted and installed by the user according to the specific circumstances.
Ensure that the contact surfaces are finished to perfection, allowing for even distribution across inclined planes. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not surpass 40Kg/cm
².

3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to ascertain perfect alignment. The leveling criterion for the unit requires an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost precision. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to avoid any accidental start.
2) Detach the coupling shield for clear access.
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign objects, dirt, or unwanted attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are dimensioned larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for loosening and subsequent motor adjustments.
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets on hand to fully cover the motor's foot. The gaskets must be immaculate and sufficiently flat; avoid using long, thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and the base.
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare independently.
8) Arrange the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the corresponding figure below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm. The motor shaft should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation being 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finally, firmly secure the motor foot bolts and recheck both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for precision.
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after successfully completing the motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once you have meticulously aligned the 'levelness' of the casing and achieved optimal alignment, secure the anchor bolts. After completing mechanical operations or trial runs, loosen, and then retighten the bolts for added reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating element, and the intrusion of any solid or liquid could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. As a preventive measure, ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and conform to the system's specified steam corrosion grade standards. Any non-compliant pipeline must be adjusted accordingly. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to avert potential contaminants.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. As per the PI diagram, incorporate all necessary pipeline accessories. It's crucial that the pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by another bracket, ensuring the compressor body is not burdened by their weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its associated components is complete and the concrete has fully cured, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that everything is functioning optimally, aligning with the high standards set by NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet must be meticulously executed via threading pipes routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to link the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and control.
