The core principle revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator – this steam is skillfully compressed using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor, effectively transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, there's a notable increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The steam, now heated, returns triumphantly to the evaporator, warming the materials and initiating evaporation. This sophisticated process elegantly facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, maximizing the efficiency of secondary steam usage.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, meticulously designed to include a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an innovative anti-surge control system. Its compact structure is a testament to advanced design, ensuring ease of maintenance and operational efficiency at every turn.
3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly integrating the compressor base onto the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims under the base, which are ingeniously designed to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, then, once the unit achieves perfect leveling, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. This meticulous process ensures stability.
The wedge must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances. The contact surface demands a flawless finish, ensuring even contact of the inclined plane.
It's crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains below a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's leveling. The stringent leveling specifications require the axial level to be within 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level must adhere to 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures optimal performance.
3.3.3 Center the coupling with accuracy. Before embarking on alignment, ensure these critical prerequisites are met:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any foreign particles, dirt, or attachments, guaranteeing a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to deftly adjust the motor;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be free from attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that could be wedged between the motor and the base for adjustment;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the subsequent illustration;
9) The mounting bracket for the motor wheel hub is strategically used to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing placement of a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line to be almost congruent (or follow the relevant instructions). The maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line should sit slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, release and retighten them to guarantee steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, can face irreversible damage from any ingress of solids or liquids. Hence, it's imperative to certify that the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. It is recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.This ensures optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It is crucial that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. To maintain integrity, the pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported independently, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified to ensure utmost stability, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in confirming the perfect alignment and functionality of your system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring must be securely connected using threading pipes, which should be placed underground for protection and durability. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, carefully connect the terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
