Here's the magic: The fundamental principle involves the secondary steam, birthed by the evaporator, being brilliantly compressed using a steam compressor known for its exceptional energy efficiency. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, causing an increase in both pressure and temperature. The heightened temperature of this secondary steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, where it dutifully heats materials, triggering evaporation and marvellously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This innovative approach truly embodies the future of energy recycling.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is a marvel of engineering, primarily encompassing the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and a cutting-edge anti-surge control system. With its compact structure, it presents an ideal solution that not only ensures high performance but also simplifies maintenance, making it a convenient choice for those seeking efficiency combined with ease of use.
3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to facilitate precise leveling of the unit. These shims play a crucial role in ensuring the compressor is perfectly balanced.
Alternate the arrangement of two wedge-shaped irons to achieve optimal balance. Once the unit is leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welding at four to five points, ensuring steadfast stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions of the setup. It is essential that the contact surface is meticulously finished to ensure even contact with the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge must not exceed 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain true levelness. The unit's leveling precision guidelines are as follows: the axial level must be within 0.05 per 1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10 per 1000mm.
These specifications ensure the compressor operates efficiently and within design tolerances.
3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing alignment procedures, please adhere to these prerequisites:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate accurate alignment;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and foreign substances;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt dimensions, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready—these should be clean, flat, and devoid of any attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets as they compromise adjustment accuracy between motor and base.
7) For precision alignment, utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the user);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe accurately on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Fine-tune the motor feet's adjustment bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle deviation limit is 0.05mm. Notably, the motor shaft center should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Ensure coupling end face deviation remains between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Secure the motor foot bolts tightly, then meticulously review the coupling’s outer circle runout and end face runout to confirm alignment precision.;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned.
3.3.4 Post alignment and levelness adjustments, firmly tighten anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten these bolts to reinforce stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotational component, requires a pristine environment. Ingress of any solids or liquids can result in irreversible damage to the compressor. It's imperative that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are scrupulously clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to safeguard the impeller.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are fitted in accordance with the PI diagram. The pipeline's structural integrity is paramount; therefore, additional brackets should support the pipeline to avoid exerting undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full maturity, the time has arrived to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that the system is ready to function at peak efficiency, delivering outstanding performance.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be positioned within a precise 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring, seamlessly threading through underground conduit pipes, must securely link the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the cabinet is strategically positioned, it is crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable operational framework.
