At the heart of this technology lies a compelling principle: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, consequently elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhanced steam then returns triumphantly to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, stimulating evaporation. In doing so, it remarkably recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, marking a pivotal step towards sustainable and eco-friendly industrial practices.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust and level the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving the desired level of the unit, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points to secure them in place.
Users are responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedges based on the actual situation. Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished for an even inclined plane contact.
The wedge iron must bear no more than 40 Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Use a precision level to confirm levelness. The unit’s leveling criteria are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
This precision ensures optimal performance and durability.

3.3.3 Ensure proper centering of the coupling. Before beginning alignment, adhere to the following important steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free of foreign objects, dirt, and attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must be larger than the bolt size to allow loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Ensure that stainless steel gaskets sufficiently cover the motor foot and are free from any attachments. Refrain from using long, thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is crucial for mounting a dial indicator on the hub edge, placing the indicator probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Using adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with motor shaft center line higher than the compressor's. Ensure coupling end face deviation remains between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 Upon adjusting the casing’s alignment and levelness, thoroughly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical operation or trial run, loosen the bolts and retighten for optimal security.
3.3.5 As the impeller rotates at high speeds, it’s crucial to prevent any solids or liquids from entering, as they can cause irreversible damage. Ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected. It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline linked to the compressor should be supported independently by a separate bracket to avoid placing its weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment are securely installed and the concrete has achieved full solidification, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that your Eco-Conscious Steam Compressor is primed for flawless performance in treating pharmaceutical wastewater.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor to ensure seamless connectivity. Utilize threading pipe to route the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet, ensuring that it runs underground for optimal safety and efficiency. Upon installing the electric control cabinet, make sure to connect the wiring terminals within this cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for a sophisticated and synchronized operation.
