At its core, the principle involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a highly energy-efficient steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened temperature then reintroduces the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, prompting continued evaporation. Thus, it masterfully achieves the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, making it an indispensable tool for sustainable energy management.

It primarily comprises a meticulously engineered compressor body, a reliable coupling, a sophisticated gearbox, an efficient lubrication system, a powerful motor, an advanced electric instrument, and an innovative anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 The compressor base is to be seamlessly placed on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims perfectly positioned beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, carefully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. It is recommended that the user manufactures and installs the wedges according to the specific requirements of the situation, ensuring the contact surface is perfectly finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
Ensure the wedge is tailored and installed by the user to suit the actual conditions, with a meticulously finished contact surface allowing even distribution on the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40 Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to meticulously establish the unit's level. The stringent leveling requirements of the unit include an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000 mm and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000 mm.

3.3.3 For optimal coupling centering, ensure these preparatory steps are thoroughly followed before the onset of alignment:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Gently remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the flatness of the motor installation plane to ascertain it is free of any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Confirm the motor bolt hole is crafted larger than the bolt itself, permitting the bolt to be loosened for necessary motor adjustments;
6) Ensure ample stainless steel gaskets are ready to fully support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be devoid of any attachments and exude absolute flatness. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and base for alignment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, possessing an accuracy of 0.01 mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the figure below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet ensuring the compressor and motor center lines are precisely aligned. The max deviation of the outer circle should be 0.05 mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face should measure between 0.03 to 0.05 mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for optimal balance.;
12) Following the motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be securely tightened. Following mechanical operation or trial operation, the bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speed, making it imperative that no solid or liquid intrudes into it, as such intrusion can inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. It is vital to ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must be promptly rectified. It's advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.Suggested to install solid-liquid separation equipment, including a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe section.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines must be equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline linking to the compressor must be supported independently by another bracket, ensuring that its weight is not imposed on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation reaches complete solidification, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a critical milestone, as the flawless integration of these components ensures optimal performance and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and its control cabinet should be seamlessly executed using threading pipes routed underground, ensuring both safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is properly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals with the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a smooth and effective communication channel for operational excellence.
