3.3.1 Effortlessly position the compressor base perfectly on the foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims underneath to ensure flawless unit leveling. These shims, designed for ease and precision, will elevate your compressor's performance.
Ingeniously alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving impeccable leveling. Secure with a precise spot weld at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability and reliability for your installation.
Craft these wedges with user-specific requirements in mind. Your attention to detail promises even contact on inclined surfaces—tailoring the fit to the user's conditions guarantees maximum efficiency.
The wedge iron's contact surface boasts a refined finish, ensuring it can bear up to 40Kg/cm, promoting both durability and safety.2).
3.3.2 Ensure optimal alignment by employing a level. The precision leveling requirements for the unit are: maintaining an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and achieving a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These meticulous specifications promise unwavering performance and longevity.
3.3.3 Attain perfection in coupling alignment. Prior to commencement, verify these critical prerequisites:
1) Ensure absolute safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Safely detach the coupling shield, preparing for seamless adjustment;
3) Effortlessly remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section, clearing the path for alignment precision;
4) Scrutinize the flatness of the motor installation plane, eliminating all foreign materials, dirt, and attachments for optimal setup.
5) Facilitate flexibility in adjustment—the motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and precision adjustment of the motor;
6) Arm yourself with an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to ensure complete coverage of the motor foot. Maintain flat, attachment-free gaskets for undisturbed adjustments, steering clear of inserting long and thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be sourced by the customer for utmost precision);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the provided schematic;
9) Equip the motor wheel hub with a mounting bracket to perfectly position a dial indicator on the wheel hub’s edge, positioning the probe on the outer circumference of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With precision adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line, allowing a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line surpasses the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and aim for a coupling end face of 0.03~0.05mm for impeccable alignment.
11) Conclude with a secure tightening of the motor foot bolts. Vigorously recheck the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for a flawless finish;
12) Conclude with the reinstallation of the coupling intermediate section post-motor idling test, ensuring peak performance.
3.3.4 Post-alignment triumphantly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operations or trial runs, loosen and retighten these bolts to safeguard structural integrity and optimal performance.
3.3.5 Given the high-speed rotation of the impeller, any solid or liquid intrusion poses a risk of irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, maintaining absolute cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines is crucial, adhering to system steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any discrepancy immediately.Enhance safety by integrating solid-liquid separation equipment such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for precise installation of relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the compressor-connected pipeline is supported independently, avoiding reliance on the compressor body to bear its weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidity, the next step is to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that all wiring connections from the compressor to the control cabinet are efficiently laid using threading pipes, with these conduits securely placed underground. Upon securely installing the electric control cabinet, proceed to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring smooth operation and coordination.
