3.3.1 Begin by setting the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust the unit's level flawlessly.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, meticulously level the unit, and secure the irons with spot welding at 4~5 points. The wedges, tailored to your specific conditions, ensure even contact on the inclined plane.
The user should manufacture and install the wedge according to the actual situation to ensure perfect contact surfaces, achieving seamless contact with the inclined plane.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm2.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable alignment. The unit's leveling precision is paramount: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Maintain the horizontal level of the unit at a meticulous 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before commencing, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for safety.
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the components.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling carefully.
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for flatness, clearing away any debris or dirt to assure precision.
5) The motor bolt holes should be sufficiently large to allow bolt loosening for adjustment, facilitating motor alignment.
6) Ensure ample stainless steel gaskets are ready to support the motor feet. These must be clean and flat, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or high-precision laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy), which the customer should prepare.
8) Set up a sturdy bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated in the diagram below.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, synchronize the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle, with end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Secure the motor foot bolts once alignment is verified, reviewing the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for absolute accuracy.
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section seamlessly.
3.3.4 Once perfect 'levelness' and alignment are achieved, tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical or trial operation, re-loosen and retighten them to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, prevent any solid or liquid from entering, which could cause irreversible damage. Ensure the connected pipelines are pristine and meet the stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any deficiencies immediately.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, equip the pipelines with the relevant accessories. Support the pipelines independently, ensuring they impose no weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is complete and the concrete has achieved full solidification, it's time to proceed with the compressor's operation test. 3.3.8 For seamless operation, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The meticulous installation process involves connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet using a threading pipe, skillfully routed underground. Once the cabinet is securely in place, ensure all wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet are precisely connected to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable operational setup.
