The fundamental principle revolves around the transformation of secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, which is ingeniously compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformative process metamorphoses electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, heating the materials and triggering evaporation, achieving a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a marvel of engineering precision, comprised of a meticulously designed compressor body that includes components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. To ensure perfect leveling, slip a pair of wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Alternate the placement of these wedge-shaped irons, achieving precise leveling. Secure the position by spot welding the shims at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Please note that the design and installation of the wedge must be tailored to your specific requirements. Ensure the surface is impeccably finished for even contact.
The angled plane must be flawless, with the wedge iron bearing no more than 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a level to verify the horizontality of the unit. Adhere to these standards: the axial level precision must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should maintain 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is accurately centered. Prior to alignment, confirm these critical steps:
1) Disconnect the main power supply, ensuring the utmost safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for any unwanted materials, ensuring it is clean and clear;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts, allowing for easy adjustments;
6) Prepare ample, perfectly flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. Avoid using flimsy, elongated gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accurately position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe resting on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm and that the motor shaft centerline is slightly above the compressor low-speed shaft centerline. Coupling end face should be within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) After completing the delicate alignment, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts. Conduct a thorough review of the outer circle and coupling end face runout.;
12) Upon successful completion of the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling of the casing, ensure the anchor bolts are tightly secured. After a successful mechanical or trial run, retighten the bolts to guarantee steadfast performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands caution. Prevent any foreign solids or liquids from entering, as they may cause irreversible damage. It's imperative to maintain cleanliness and compliance with the system’s steam corrosion grade. For pipelines falling short, consider integrating advanced solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are installed as per the PI diagram. Provide an independent support for the pipeline, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are installed, and the concrete fully set, initiate the compressor operation test.
