Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by precisely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Use alternating wedge-shaped irons for stability. Once level, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points, ensuring a steadfast hold.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by you, tailored to your specific setup. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished, guaranteeing even contact on inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve precise leveling. The requirements are stringent: the unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is set at 0.10/1000mm.
Precision is key in maintaining these standards.

3.3.3 The coupling must be expertly centered and aligned. Before proceeding, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the internal components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is slightly larger than the bolt, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment;
6) Gather sufficient stainless steel gaskets for the motor's foot. These should be clean, flat, and devoid of attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, prepared by yourself;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for placing a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor's outer hub edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should be 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Post-motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Post alignment and levelness adjustments, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands a pristine environment. Any solid or liquid infiltration can cause irreversible damage. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified without delay.
It's advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to maintain optimal performance.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines should be equipped with necessary accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. Importantly, the connected pipeline must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring no undue weight rests on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to conduct an operational test of the compressor.
