This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increased pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the steam is then cycled back into the evaporator, effectively heating the materials to induce evaporation. Thus, it masterfully facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a sustainable approach to energy utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is level, skillfully spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges should be
crafted and installed by you, tailored to the specific conditions of your setup. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for a perfect fit to the inclined
plane. Note: Each wedge iron must not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Achieve precision by using a level tool. Adhere to these meticulous leveling standards: Axial level of the unit should be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
leveling precision should be 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing accuracy and stability.

3.3.3 Properly center the coupling. Ensure these essential steps are completed before you begin the alignment process:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to secure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, allowing unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation surface for any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments, ensuring a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately sized to allow bolt loosening for optimal motor adjustment;
6) Gather sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. Ensure these are free of debris and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Prepare a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm (to be arranged by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket designed to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines closely (or as per specific instructions). Ensure the outer circle's maximum deviation is limited to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face should range from 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision;
12) Once the motor idling test is successful, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller operates at high speeds, the introduction of solids or liquids can irreparably damage the compressor. It's imperative to maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. It is highly
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Align the import and export pipelines with the relevant pipeline accessories, referring to the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported externally and not by the compressor itself to prevent undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are firmly installed and the concrete base has reached full strength, you have reached the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal performance and reliability of your high-performance watervapour compressor, setting the stage for successful vanadium extraction wastewater management.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and control, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring layout from the compressor to the control cabinet is meticulously connected using threading pipes, which should be routed underground. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, skillfully connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) lines to ensure comprehensive monitoring and performance management.
