The core principle of MVR hinges on the process where the secondary steam, generated by an evaporator, undergoes compression via a highly efficient steam compressor. This process seamlessly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature facilitates the return of this steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing evaporation and thus achieving the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by confidently positioning the compressor base seamlessly on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to fine-tune and achieve a perfectly level setup.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, then proceed to level the unit with precision. Secure your work by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 critical points. Remember,
each wedge should be custom-manufactured and installed to align with your unique conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are immaculately finished for impeccable contact of the inclined
plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain flawless alignment. Adhere to these precise leveling standards: the axial level should be 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level an exacting 0.10/1000mm.
Achieve impeccable precision with these measurements.

3.3.3 When centering the coupling, ensure optimal alignment by rigorously confirming these prerequisites:
1) First, ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Discreetly remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are generously sized to allow bolt loosening, enabling precise motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets ready to precisely support the motor's foot, free from obstructions and perfectly flat. Avoid using inadequately sized gaskets.
7) Utilize a high-accuracy dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (accuracy: 0.01mm) at your disposal;
8) Prepare the essential bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as depicted below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket specifically to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Position the dial indicator probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) By thoughtfully adjusting the motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring maximum outer-circle deviation is a refined 0.05mm. Elevate the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line with the coupling end face precisely at 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Review the outer circle and end face runout for any deviations.;
12) Seamlessly reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts with precision. After mechanical operation (or trial operation), re-loosen the bolts, verifying and securing them anew.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed, vital component. Guard against irreversible damage by ensuring no solids or liquids enter the impeller. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to steam corrosion standards for all connecting inlet and outlet pipelines. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines. It's highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for optimal maintenance.
Ensure uninterrupted performance by following these installation guidelines.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Equip import and export pipelines with relevant accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Provide additional support for pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring their weight is independently supported and not reliant on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan, along with all its supportive equipment, is meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that your Smart Steam Compressor is ready to deliver optimal performance for your sophisticated wastewater solutions.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5 meters from the compressor itself. To maintain seamless connectivity, routing the wiring through secure threading pipes underground is essential. Following the precise placement of the electric control cabinet, ensure that all wiring terminals within it are expertly linked with the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing a flawless and efficient electrical connection.
