This heated steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and prompting evaporation, thereby achieving remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Craft and fit these wedges meticulously, tailored to the actual circumstances, ensuring the contact surface is smoothly finished for optimal stability.
The inclined plane should maintain consistent contact, with the wedge iron's load capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve impeccable balance. The unit's axial level must meet a stringent 0.05/1000mm, with horizontal leveling at 0.10/1000mm.
Perfecting these parameters ensures superior performance.

3.3.3 Focus on achieving precise coupling alignment. Confirm these critical prerequisites before proceeding:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for ease of access;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation's flatness, ensuring no debris or contaminants are present;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for convenient motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, free from contaminants, to support motor feet. Avoid long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (customer-supplied) for precise measurements;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around motor feet to align the center lines of the compressor and motor, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with coupling face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm for optimal alignment;

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate outer circle and end face runouts to ensure alignment integrity;;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test for complete assembly.
3.3.4 After achieving desired alignment and levelness of the casing, firmly tighten anchor bolts. Post operation or trial run, loosen and re-tighten bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a dynamic high-speed component, demands pristine conditions. Any solid or liquid intrusion could irreparably harm the compressor. Ensure absolute cleanliness and adherence to system steam corrosion standards for connected pipelines.
Implement solid-liquid separation solutions, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to compressor inlet to prevent contamination.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for incorporating necessary pipeline accessories. Pipelines must be independently supported, avoiding any burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, is meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, you are ready to commence the compressor operation test.
