At its core, the principle revolves around the fact that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, there's an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. This recycled steam then heats the materials, initiating evaporation once more, thus facilitating the brilliant recycling of latent heat from the vaporization of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base onto its foundation and utilize wedge-shaped shims to flawlessly level the unit.
Strategically position the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, achieving perfect levelness. Secure these wedges by spot welding them at 4 to 5 precise points.
Customize and install the wedges to match the unique conditions on-site, ensuring a flawless contact surface for maximum effectiveness.
These wedges must not exceed a remarkable bearing capacity of 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable alignment. The unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Ensure exact coupling alignment. Before proceeding, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) The main power supply must be completely turned off for safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for any impurities or attachments, ensuring a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for effortless adjustment and alignment;
6) Prepare an ample number of stainless steel gaskets to perfectly fit the motor's foot, ensuring they are free from attachments and ideally flat. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a top-of-the-line dial indicator or laser alignment meter with unparalleled accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the client;
8) Have ready a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, placing the probe precisely on the compressor's hub outer edge.
10) Meticulously adjust the motor feet bolts so that the alignment of the compressor and motor center lines is impeccable, with a maximum deviation of just 0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Complete the process by installing the coupling intermediate section post motor idle testing for optimal operation.
3.3.4 After achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical operations or trials, re-loosen and re-tighten for absolute stability.
3.3.5 For the high-speed impeller, prevent any solid or liquid ingress to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure that connected pipelines are pristine, meeting the system's steam corrosion standards. Any deficits necessitate immediate rectification.
Integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure that all import and export pipelines have the required accessories as per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines independently of the compressor body for enhanced durability.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment are securely in place and the concrete has reached full solidification, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the seamless functionality and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The vital connection between the compressor and the control cabinet should be executed via threading pipe, expertly routed underground for safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is properly installed, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
