This is achieved through the astute reutilization of secondary steam energy that the system itself generates. At the core of this innovative technology lies its fundamental principle: the secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, is ingeniously compressed using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This process adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This transformed steam is then rerouted back to the evaporator where it fulfills its role of heating materials, initiating evaporation, and thereby realizing the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam. The cycle of energy efficiency and sustainability is thus seamlessly perpetuated.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on its designated foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune and ensure the unit's level adjustment.
Alternate the use of two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving level perfection, spot weld the irons at 4~5 key points. These wedges should be
custom-fabricated and meticulously installed by the user based on specific conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finished to perfection,
allowing even contact on the inclined plane. Note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to achieve flawless leveling. The unit's leveling demands are as follows: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, with a
horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precision coupling alignment is critical. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these essential steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify motor installation plane flatness to remove any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than bolts, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support motor feet, ensuring gaskets are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Use a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for placing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing the probe to access the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By delicately adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum outer circle deviation allowed is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, ensure a secure tightening of the motor foot bolts, and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post the motor's idle test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts should be securely tightened. After the mechanical trial operation, loosen and retighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, must be protected from any solid or liquid ingress to avoid irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing this must undergo rectification. It is advised to
install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should feature appropriate accessories as specified in the PI diagram. Ensure that the supporting weight of these pipelines does not rest on the compressor body, but is instead supported by an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with all its auxiliary equipment is impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to commence the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures the system's readiness and operational excellence.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure all wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is meticulously threaded through underground piping. Once the cabinet is correctly positioned, seamlessly integrate and connect the wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines, facilitating streamlined operations and optimal control.
