3.3.1 To begin your journey with the Power Frequency Steam Compressor with Split Base and Adjustable Features, carefully place the compressor base, as a complete unit, onto its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precision leveling, ensuring perfect harmony.
Strategically position two alternating wedge-shaped irons. Once your unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These wedges are crafted and installed by you, tailored to the specific requirements of your environment. The contact surface must be impeccable, guaranteeing an even interface between inclined planes.
Ensure the construction and installation of wedges are executed with precision, considering local conditions. The contact surfaces need a flawless finish for optimal performance.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Embrace precision! Use a level to attain the utmost accuracy. The axial level requirement stands at an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must exhibit a meticulous finesse of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Master the art of alignment with coupling precision. Before commencing, confirm these critical checks:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the key components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section carefully.
4) Scrutinize the motor’s installation plane closely, ensuring it's immaculate and free from debris and unwanted substances.
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments.
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets to nestle comfortably under the motor's feet. These should be pristine and devoid of any contaminants. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a precise dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be sourced by the customer.
8) Ready the supporting bracket for your dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure for optimal setup.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator on the hub’s edge, positioning the probe strategically on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By skillfully adjusting motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines to coincide. Ensure that any deviation of the outer circle does not surpass 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft. Maintain a coupling end face variance of only 0.03 to 0.05mm.
11) Finally, fasten the motor foot bolts securely and re-evaluate both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for consistency.;
12) After performing a motor idle test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are precisely adjusted, secure the anchor bolts firmly. After the mechanical operation or trial run, revisit the bolts, loosening and tightening them anew for fortified stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a vital, high-speed rotating element. Any intruding solid or liquid can inflict irreversible harm to the compressor. It's imperative that the connecting inlet and outlet pipelines remain pristine, adhering strictly to the steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines necessitate immediate rectification. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, just before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.Enhance your setup with additional protective measures to maintain seamless operation.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by a dedicated bracket, never burdening the compressor body with their weight. This strategic setup guarantees optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.7 After the primary fan and all supporting equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has fully cured, the magical moment arrives for the compressor operation test to begin. This pivotal stage ensures the seamless integration and optimal performance of our Power Frequency Steam Compressor.
3.3.8 To ensure peak operational efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The intricate wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly threaded through underground piping to maintain a clean and efficient setup. Once the cabinet is perfectly in place, the connection of wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines can be executed, integrating the system into the broader operational matrix with precision.
