Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation, ensuring it's level with the use of wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned underneath the base for optimal support.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons carefully to achieve perfect leveling. Once leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points for secure positioning.
Craft and install the wedges with precision, tailoring them to the specific conditions of your setup. The contact surface should be expertly finished for even distribution.
Ensure the bearing capacity of each wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to identify the precise level. The axial level requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be maintained at 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.
Maintain these exacting standards to ensure flawless operation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by ensuring the following prerequisites are met before you begin:
1) Securely shut off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access essential components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and superfluous materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow for adjustment flexibility;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are clean and flat for precise adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy (customer-provided) for meticulous alignment;
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge accurately;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor along the same center line, adhering to a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face;

11) Secure all motor foot bolts, then recheck the runout of both the outer circle and the coupling end face to confirm precision alignment.;
12) Upon successful motor idle testing, reinstall the coupling intermediate section for complete integration.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, tighten the anchor bolts securely. After initial mechanical operation or trial runs, revisit and retighten these bolts to ensure unwavering stability.

3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation is sensitive to any solid or liquid intrusion, which could lead to irreparable damage. Ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet system specifications for steam corrosion grade. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet to maintain optimal conditions.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision, adhering to the PI diagram for accessory placement. Support all connected pipelines with separate brackets to prevent imposing their weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidity, it is time to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and effective control, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically placed within a 5-meter vicinity of the compressor.
