The fundamental principle revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This steam is skillfully compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. Here, it heats the materials, generating further evaporation and ensuring the recycling of latent heat from the vaporization of secondary steam. This innovative approach not only maximizes energy efficiency but also supports sustainable operations.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be strategically placed upon the foundation with precision. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfect balance, ensuring absolute stability and leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately, meticulously leveling the unit. Secure this configuration with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring unwavering balance.
These wedges must be custom-fabricated and installed by the user to suit specific conditions, ensuring a seamless contact surface with complete integrity.
The incline must perfectly align, and the load-bearing capacity of the wedge must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain exact horizontality. The unit's leveling criteria are stringent, with the axial level demanding an accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level achieving 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures flawless operation and integrity.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment with precise coupling centering. Prior to beginning alignment, ensure these crucial steps are followed:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Check and verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from obstructions, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, facilitating easy adjustment of the motor by loosening the bolts;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor feet. Gaskets must be clean, flat, and without any attachments. Avoid using long, flimsy gaskets for the motor-base adjustment;
7) Utilize a precision instrument like a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm for accuracy, sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a bespoke bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe placed precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, ensuring alignment of the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Ensure coupling end face deviation is within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, reassessing the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for perfection;;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post-successful motor idling test, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial, loosen then retighten these bolts for reinforcement.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from irreversible damage by ensuring no solid or liquid enters. Verify that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards.
Pipelines that fall short of these standards must be rectified immediately. It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipelines. Adhere to the PI diagram for the installation of relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure additional bracket support for pipelines linked to the compressor, ensuring the compressor body itself is free from bearing any additional weight.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan along with its supplementary systems, and once the concrete has reached full solidity, the next thrilling phase can commence—the compressor operation test! This critical step ensures that your system is ready to deliver exceptional performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize threading pipes for a seamless and tidy connection that runs underground, linking the compressor to its control unit. Once positioned, the final touch involves connecting the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet directly to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless communication and control.
