This rise allows the reheated steam to return triumphantly to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and reigniting the evaporation process. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure the perfect installation of your Split Base Steam Compressor with Enhanced Guide Vane Efficiency, position the compressor base thoughtfully on a well-prepared foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is flawlessly leveled, securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points. These wedges should
be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. It's crucial that the contact surface is expertly finished to guarantee even connection of the inclined
plane, ensuring that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains within a safe limit of no more than 40Kg/cm
2. This precision is vital for optimal performance..
3.3.2 Employ a high-quality level to ascertain the exact level. Meet the stringent leveling requirements: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled performance and reliability.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before commencing alignment, ensure adherence to the following meticulous standards:
1) Confirm the main power supply is thoroughly deactivated;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free of foreign objects, grime, and attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to fine-tune motor position;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to rest beneath the motor's foot. These gaskets must be devoid of attachments and exceptionally flat. Avoid using elongated and thin gaskets for adjusting between the motor and the base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Secure the bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is crafted to mount a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center line precisely (or according to specific instructions), ensuring the outer circle's maximum deviation is a mere 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center), with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, fasten the motor foot bolts firmly, then review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling, ensuring absolute perfection;
12) Proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section following the motor's idling test to ascertain flawless operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are precisely tuned, secure the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical operation or trial run, slightly loosen, then firmly retighten these bolts to guarantee unwavering stability.
3.3.5 Safeguard the impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, from damage by ensuring no solids or liquids infiltrate and compromise the compressor. Maintain pristinely clean and system-compatible steam corrosion-grade inlet and outlet pipelines. Should any pipeline fall short, corrective action is vital. It is highly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to prevent damage.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories, following the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipeline must rest on an independent bracket, not burdening the compressor body with its weight for optimal function.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete structure has reached full solidification, the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test can commence.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically located within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control hub should be executed using threading pipes that are carefully routed underground. Once the control cabinet is expertly positioned, ensure seamless connectivity by linking the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS).
