This rise in thermal dynamics allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it proficiently heats materials, inducing evaporation and effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect unit leveling. These shims skillfully adjust the unit level to ensure optimal functionality.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled, perform a spot weld on the irons at 4 to 5 key points. Tailor the wedges to your specific needs, ensuring they are expertly crafted and installed.
Manufacture your wedges with precision to match your unique setup. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for an even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must remain within 40Kg/cm² to maintain the integrity and stability of the setup.

3.3.2 Attain an impeccable level using a precision level tool. The unit's leveling standards are: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these exacting standards are met for enhanced operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost precision. Prior to alignment, make sure to fulfill these essential conditions:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane's flatness to confirm it is free from debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments.
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are adequately sized to allow bolt loosening for necessary motor adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fit under the motor's feet, ensuring no attachments and maintaining a flat profile. Avoid inserting long or thin gaskets between the motor and the base for adjustments.
7) Equip yourself with a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting a 0.01mm accuracy (to be procured by the customer).
8) Secure a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator to the wheel hub's edge and place the dial indicator probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) By deftly adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines accurately (or as per corresponding guidelines), ensuring the outer circle deviation is a maximum of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should sit above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and diligently review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to confirm ideal alignment.;
12) Once the motor successfully completes its idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 After completing the meticulous adjustments of 'levelness' and alignment within the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial operation, proceed to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel, and any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Therefore, ensure that both inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines failing to meet these stringent conditions must undergo necessary rectifications for optimal performance.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard against potential damage.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with expertise. The import and export pipelines must be equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories as detailed in the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by a separate bracket to prevent undue stress and weight from affecting the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment and once the concrete has thoroughly solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This step is crucial in ensuring the seamless functionality and enhanced performance of our system.
3.3.8 The precise installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet should be executed within a convenient 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. For optimal safety and aesthetics, the wiring should be meticulously connected using threading pipes that travel discreetly underground. Once the electric control cabinet has been securely positioned, the next step involves connecting the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a robust and reliable operational setup.
