It achieves this remarkable feat by ingeniously reutilizing the secondary steam energy it produces. The core principle revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This steam undergoes a process of compression through a highly energy-efficient steam compressor. During this transformation, electrical energy is meticulously converted into thermal energy, leading to an increase in the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated steam then returns to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, causing further evaporation. This cycle allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, thereby demonstrating an exceptional capacity for energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation with utmost precision. Position wedge-shaped shims meticulously under the base to ensure level adjustment of the unit.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately, achieving perfect leveling of the unit, and then spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points to secure stability.
The wedge must be crafted and installed by the user, adapting to the specific circumstances, ensuring a finely finished contact surface for even pressure distribution.
The inclined plane should bear evenly, with the wedge iron's load capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool for precise leveling. The unit's leveling standards: axial level precision at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level precision at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these exacting standards are met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is crucial. Before commencing the alignment procedure, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section safely;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, facilitating adjustment by loosening the bolts;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready for motor foot coverage. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a 0.01mm accuracy (to be procured by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the subsequent diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer circumference;
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centerlines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft centerline is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft centerline, and coupling end face deviation is between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for consistency.;
12) After conducting the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and casing alignment adjustments, firmly tighten anchor bolts. Following any mechanical operations or trial runs, loosen and re-tighten the bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a pivotal high-speed component, must remain clean to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure the connected pipelines are pristine and comply with steam corrosion standards. Any non-conforming pipelines require rectification. Employ solid-liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Upon installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensure they are equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipelines should be independently supported by a bracket, preventing any undue weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its associated equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully hardened, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures the machinery is in peak condition and ready for action.
3.3.8 For optimal setup, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet should be meticulously managed through threading pipes, ideally positioned underground for safety and aesthetics. Once the control cabinet is properly installed, ensure that the wiring terminals are seamlessly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, securing a flawless communication network.
