3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally set on the foundation with precision. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure optimal leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is exquisitely leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 key points. The wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user according to specific requirements. The contact surface must be perfectly finished to ensure even contact of
the inclined planes, and the bearing capacity must strictly adhere to a limit of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieve precise leveling using a high-quality level. Standards demand that the axial level is at 0.05/1000mm, whereas the horizontal
level must be at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled precision.
3.3.3 Prioritize coupling alignment with utmost accuracy. Before initiating alignment, ensure compliance with the following prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with finesse;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Assess the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring no foreign materials or dirt tarnish the surface;
5) Motor bolt holes should be ample in size compared to the bolts, enabling ease of loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Maintain a stock of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support motor footing. Avoid using long, thin gaskets, which could compromise stability;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting 0.01mm accuracy (supply required by the customer);
8) Arrange a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as conceptualized in the diagram below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for secure placement of a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, facilitating meticulous measurement;
10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line as per guidelines. Ensure the outer circle's deviation stays under 0.05mm, with coupling end face precision at 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Once alignment is achieved, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for accuracy;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post successful motor idling test for assured performance.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened. After mechanical or trial operation, re-loosen and retighten for robust security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation underscores the critical need for pristine pipeline conditions. Solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irrevocable damage. Thus, ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and meet the steam corrosion grade standards. Install solid liquid separation devices like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor's inlet straight pipe to safeguard integrity.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Install necessary pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. Ensure pipes connected to the compressor are independently supported by brackets, as they should never strain the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has fully cured, you're ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The strategic placement of the compressor's electric control cabinet is vital for optimal operation. Position it within a 5-meter radius of the compressor, ensuring seamless connectivity.
