3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly positioning the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which are essential for fine-tuning and leveling the unit.
Carefully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons ensuring optimal leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points for enhanced stability.
The fabrication and installation of the wedges should be customized by the user based on specific, real-world conditions, ensuring a uniformly finished contact surface.

8) Ensure availability of a sturdy bracket specifically designed to support the dial indicator as demonstrated in the illustration below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket should be adeptly used to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through strategic adjustment of the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines harmoniously, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft's center must stand slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft, while the coupling's end face deviation should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Rigorously review the runout of both the outer circle and the coupling's end face to ensure precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 After achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, release the bolts briefly and retighten them attentively.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free from foreign solids or liquids that could inflict irreversible damage. It is imperative to maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify non-compliant pipelines immediately, and consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Adhere to the PI diagram for the installation of relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the associated pipeline is independently braced, as its weight should not impinge upon the compressor's body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully set, it's time to proceed with the thrilling operation test of the compressor. This marks a significant milestone in ensuring that all components function flawlessly together.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor itself. To maintain a sleek and secure setup, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be meticulously threaded through underground pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is properly installed, connect its wiring terminals seamlessly with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and integrated system.
