Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the seamless installation of your compressor by placing its integrally designed base on a solid foundation. For precision leveling, position wedge-shaped shims underneath, ensuring perfect alignment.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled, secure them with a robust spot weld at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability.
These wedges should be tailored and installed by the user to fit the specific requirements of your site. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for consistent contact across the inclined plane.
Note: The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Using a level tool, achieve the precise leveling of your unit. Aim for an impeccable axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Every measurement plays a crucial role in achieving optimal performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Before initiating alignment, confirm the necessary prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris and dirt;
5) The motor's bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, allowing easy loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready. They should be clean and flat, avoiding lengthy or thin pieces for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (acquired by the customer);
8) Have the necessary bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning the probe on the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Deviation in the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the coupling end face maintaining a 0.03~0.05mm variance.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for consistency.;
12) Once the motor idling test is successful, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands pristine conditions. Any intrusion by solids or liquids can lead to irreversible damage, so ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are spotless and compliant with the steam corrosion standards.
Consider implementing solid-liquid separation equipment (like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe section at the compressor inlet to maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Use the PI diagram as your guide for integrating relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connecting to the compressor are independently supported by a separate bracket, transferring no weight onto the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully set and solidified, you are ready to embark on the exciting phase of testing the compressor's operation.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient distance of 5 meters from the compressor itself. To ensure seamless connectivity, utilize threading pipes for the wiring, which should be securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, carefully connect the wiring terminals inside it with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless integration.
