The fundamental concept behind MVR is the compression of secondary steam produced by an evaporator using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature of this steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation, thus allowing for the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously placed on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims gently positioned beneath to ensure precise leveling of the unit.
Place alternating wedge-shaped irons with finesse. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, securing their place.
The user will craft and install the wedge according to specific circumstances, ensuring the contact surface is impeccably finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm², ensuring safety and stability.

3.3.2 Use precise leveling techniques. The unit's axial level requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be within 0.10/1000mm, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
The level requirements guarantee the compressor functions with unparalleled efficiency and precision.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is paramount. Prior to initiating the alignment process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) The main power supply must be completely switched off for safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness by ensuring a clean, debris-free surface.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately sized, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments.
6) Gather enough pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor foot support, ensuring they are flat and devoid of any debris. Avoid long and thin gaskets that may lead to improper adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, as supplied by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for secure placement of the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe delicately positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet's surrounding bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center lines with precision, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should surpass the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) Following the motor idling test, re-install the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, anchor bolts must be tightly secured. After mechanical operations or trial runs, revisit and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be immediately rectified.
It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to enhance efficiency.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all necessary pipeline accessories, as depicted in the PI diagram, are integrated. The pipe should be supported by a separate bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from bearing any additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all corresponding ancillary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete base has fully set, you can proceed with the operational testing of the Precision Steam Compressor, ensuring seamless performance for your controlled vanadium extraction wastewater processes.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius. The connection from the compressor to this control hub should be achieved by threading pipes underground, providing a streamlined and discreet setup. Once positioned, the cabinet's wiring terminals must be expertly linked with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring an integrated and efficient system.
