It features a robust compressor body, comprising essential elements such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Coupled with advanced technology, the compressor is driven by a powerful motor and integrated with sophisticated electric instrumentation. 3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base onto the foundation. To ensure precise leveling, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are instrumental in achieving the desired unit level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. The contact surface must be impeccably finished, ensuring even contact across the inclined
plane. Please note, the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain the unit's levelness accurately. The precise leveling requirements are: the axial level of the unit must be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should be at 0.10/1000mm. Accuracy is key to optimal performance.
3.3.3 The coupling must be meticulously centered. Before beginning the alignment process, please ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Power down the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign materials, dirt, or residues;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing easy adjustments to the motor alignment;
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and without any attachments. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (the customer should provide this);
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the diagram below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe precisely on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet carefully, aligning the compressor and motor center lines as parallel as possible. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. The coupling end face should be between 0.03 and 0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, followed by a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Following the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's "levelness" and alignment are perfected, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical operation or trial, loosen and then retighten these bolts to ensure durability.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating component, is sensitive to solid or liquid intrusion, which can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any discrepancies must be addressed immediately. It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are fitted with the appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. Always support the pipeline connected to the compressor with an independent bracket, as the compressor body should not bear the pipeline's weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its auxiliary components is completed, and the concrete has fully cured, you are prepared to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step marks the beginning of a comprehensive examination of the system's functionality, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the Split Base Low Temperature Rise Fan with Power Frequency and Adjustment.
3.3.8 Ensuring seamless integration and operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize underground threading pipes for the wiring, effectively linking the compressor to its control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely situated, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing an efficient and robust communication pathway.
