7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which should be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated, for optimal alignment accuracy.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely mount and position the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, with the coupling's end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for immaculate precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post a successful motor idling test to ensure everything is in prime condition.
3.3.4 Upon achieving ideal 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical run or trial operation, loosen and retighten these bolts to confirm enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, requires pristine conditions. Any solid or liquid intrusion could lead to irreversible compressor damage, making it imperative that inlet and outlet pipelines remain clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified.
Consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, incorporating relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that any pipeline weight is supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you can commence with the operation test of the compressor. This ensures optimal performance and reliability, setting the stage for precision and efficiency.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring should be meticulously connected via threading pipes that run underground, ensuring both safety and aesthetic appeal. Post installation, diligently connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and control.
