The fundamental principle involves compressing secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This newly risen steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and facilitating evaporation. This closed-loop system brilliantly achieves the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, enhancing energy efficiency.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a masterful assembly primarily consisting of a robust compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Complementing this is a precision-engineered coupling, a high-performance motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. Together, they form a seamless and efficient unit designed for optimal performance and reliability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Securely position the compressor base onto the foundation and place wedge-shaped shims beneath it to facilitate precise leveling of the unit. This innovative approach ensures flawless alignment for optimal performance.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for enhanced stability. Once perfectly leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring a robust and reliable setup that exudes confidence.
Crafted with precision, the wedge should be manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the specific environmental conditions. The contact surface must be finished to perfection, ensuring an even contact of inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm², reinforcing the structural integrity of your installation.

3.3.2 Achieve unparalleled accuracy with the use of a level to establish a pristine level for the unit. Strive for excellence with an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These stringent leveling requirements ensure that the unit operates at peak efficiency, elevating your experience to new heights.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling with precision. Prior to commencing alignment, verify the following crucial steps to guarantee seamless operation:
1) Ensure safety first by turning off the main power supply, safeguarding both the equipment and the operator.
2) Securely remove the coupling shield, allowing unobstructed access to the essential components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for a streamlined approach to alignment tasks.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any impurities, dirt, or attachments that could compromise performance.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt size, allowing for necessary adjustments to the motor's position.
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to perfectly match the motor's foot. These gaskets should be flat and devoid of any contaminants. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that could disrupt the adjustment process.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, ensuring the utmost accuracy, prepared by the customer for personalized calibration.
8) Prepare a reliable bracket to support the dial indicator, following the visual guidance provided below, for enhanced stability and precision.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for meticulous measurement.
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm for unparalleled precision, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line with coupling end face deviations of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude the coupling process by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts and reviewing the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling, solidifying the alignment.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test, ensuring readiness for operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are adjusted to perfection, tighten the anchor bolts. After a thorough mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten them to ensure absolute stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel; any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Commit to maintaining clean inlet and outlet pipelines, compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. For non-compliant pipelines, implement rectification measures. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, incorporating relevant pipeline accessories aligned with the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by another bracket, never allowing its weight to bear on the compressor body, preserving its integrity and performance.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully set, you are then primed to embark on the compressor operation test. This test ensures seamless functionality and sets the stage for superior performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor to maximize efficiency and streamline operations. Connect the compressor to the electric control cabinet using a threading pipe routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring optimal connectivity and control.
