Here, it dutifully heats the materials, instigating evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For a seamless integration of your Efficient Steam Compressor, position the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Ensure precision by placing wedge-shaped shims under the base, adjusting them to achieve perfect unit leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons meticulously for enhanced stability. Once the unit is immaculately leveled, employ spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure the shims, ensuring steadfast stability.
Craft and install the wedges with expert precision tailored to the actual context. Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished for even and optimal contact with the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Elevate precision with a leveling tool, ensuring the unit meets stringent leveling requirements: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm, delivering unmatched stability.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable alignment of the coupling. Before embarking on this crucial task, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously fulfilled:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply for maximum safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring no foreign particles, dirt, or residues are present;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are adequately sized, allowing for necessary adjustments by loosening bolts to achieve optimal motor positioning;
6) Stock up on high-quality stainless steel gaskets to secure the motor foot, ensuring they're pristine, flat, and free from any attachments. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or opt for a laser alignment meter with supreme accuracy of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer;
8) Assemble a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precision measurement;
10) With finesse, adjust the motor feet's bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center lines in harmony. Ensure that the maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Maintain coupling end face alignment within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, diligently reviewing the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, seamlessly reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Having flawlessly adjusted the unit's 'levelness' and alignment, proceed to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial, meticulously re-loosen and then re-tighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands an immaculate environment to prevent irreversible damage from solid or liquid incursions. Scrupulously ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines adhere to the system's stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Should any discrepancies arise, immediate rectification is paramount. It is strongly advised to enhance your setup with specialized solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically placed before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram to ensure that all requisite pipeline accessories are correctly installed. Remember, the pipelines must be independently supported by another bracket, liberating the compressor body from any undue weight burden.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation is fully cured to perfection, you are ready to proceed with the exhilarating compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 It's imperative to position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for maximum performance. Utilize threading pipes to expertly guide the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet, ensuring a secure underground passageway. Upon placement of the electric control cabinet, skillfully connect the wiring terminals with the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, establishing a seamless and reliable connection for superior control.
