This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, significantly increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, this heated steam returns to the evaporator, effectively heating materials and triggering evaporation. This method brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, offering a sustainable solution to energy management.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To commence the installation, position the compressor base securely atop the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, securely spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, providing unwavering stability.
The wedge must be crafted and installed by the user in accordance with the actual environmental conditions. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished, offering seamless contact across the inclined plane.
Remark: The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not surpass 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a leveling instrument to achieve flawless alignment. The unit's stringent leveling requirements include: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm, paired with a horizontal alignment of 0.10/1000mm.
These specifications ensure the compressor operates with unmatched precision.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous care. Before initiating alignment, ensure these critical prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to prevent any hazard;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with caution;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt dimensions, allowing for bolt loosening adjustments;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Gaskets must be pristine, without attachments, and flawlessly flat. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm, as arranged by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket as illustrated below to support the dial indicator effectively.

9) Equip the motor hub with a mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer perimeter.
10) Fine-tune the motor feet adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center line nearly perfectly, adhering to specific instructions. The maximal deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center above the compressor's low-speed shaft center, coupling face deviation 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for perfection.;
12) Post motor idling test, reassemble the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless integration.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts to maintain optimal integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free of solid or liquid interference to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Assure connected pipelines are pristine and compliant with steam corrosion standards. Rectify non-compliant pipelines.
We highly recommend incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced system performance.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipeline requires independent support, ensuring its weight does not stress the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, you are ready to commence the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that the installation is not only robust but also prepared for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Ensure the electric control cabinet for the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring should be skillfully connected using a threading pipe that runs underground, maintaining an organized and safe setup. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the designated lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless communication and control.
