3.3.1 The compressor base is expertly positioned on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure immaculate leveling of the unit.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge irons at 4 to 5 precise points.
The user is entrusted with the production and meticulous installation of the wedge, tailored to the actual conditions. The contact surface must be flawlessly finished for uniform contact.
The inclined plane's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm.2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling using a level. The axial precision requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal precision must be at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these standards are met for optimal performance.
3.3.3 Coupling Alignment: Prior to commencing alignment, verify the following essential conditions:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness is impeccable, free from debris or attachments.
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's foot. They must be clean, flat, and appropriately thick. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (with accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer).
8) Prepare the specified bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines are perfectly aligned as per instructions. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.;
12) After conducting a successful motor idling test, install the coupling's intermediate section with assurance.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are fine-tuned, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from potential harm by ensuring the cleanliness of the connected inlet and outlet pipelines. They must conform to the system's steam corrosion grade. Any non-compliant conditions demand immediate rectification.It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipeline.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensure the inclusion of all necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline should be independently supported and not rely on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supplementary systems, and once the concrete has reached full maturity, the pivotal compressor operation test can commence. 3.3.8 For optimal control and maintenance of the compressor, the electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
