Installation Instructions

Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, skillfully used to adjust the unit to a precise level.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by following these crucial steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for utmost safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness meticulously to ensure cleanliness, free from foreign materials;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a generous supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free of any attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Prepare a sturdily crafted bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the provided diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;

3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts for secured stability. Post mechanical operation or trial operation, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts for ensuring enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Given that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this would irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to secure system integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines must be fitted with relevant pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. It is critical that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by a separate bracket to prevent any undue weight from bearing on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidity, you're all set to embark on the exciting phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This critical step ensures everything is in perfect working order.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize a durable threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly situated, proceed to carefully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable control link.
