Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims strategically placed underneath to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons carefully, and once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 crucial points for stability.
It is essential that users manufacture and install these wedges according to their specific situation. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact on inclined planes.
Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to meticulously achieve unit leveling. The stringent leveling requirements dictate an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.
These measurements ensure precise alignment crucial for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to these guidelines before proceeding:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane to ensure it is free from any debris, dirt, or foreign attachments;
5) Allow for adjustment flexibility by ensuring the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size, enabling easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Amass an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing. These gaskets must be free from attachments and should be adequately flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer;
8) Secure the dial indicator using a specific bracket designed to hold it as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning its probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the bolts surrounding the motor feet until the compressor and motor center lines align precisely (or as specified in instructions), ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face maintained at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Tighten the motor foot bolts securely and reassess both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy..
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test for final assurance.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts robustly. After a mechanical run or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast securement.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreparable compressor damage. It is paramount to ensure connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculately clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Rectification is mandatory for pipelines failing to meet these standards. We strongly recommend implementing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard against damage.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere strictly to the PI diagram specifications when outfitting import and export pipelines with pertinent accessories. Ensure that the compressor-connected pipeline is independently supported by a separate bracket, with its weight never relying on the compressor body to prevent undue stress and potential damage.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the exciting journey of conducting the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For seamless integration and superior performance, position the electric control cabinet within 5 meters of the compressor.
