The fundamental principle of this technology revolves around compressing the secondary steam, which emerges from the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this heated steam is redirected back to the evaporator, where it acts to heat materials and induce evaporation, thereby achieving a continuous cycle of latent heat recovery from the secondary steam's vaporization.

Its primary components include the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, a sophisticated lubrication mechanism, motor, electrical instrumentation, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base upon the foundation, strategically placing wedge-shaped shims for level adjustments. These shims, essential for precise leveling, should be positioned with care.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons for optimal stability. Once the unit achieves level perfection, employ spot welding at 4 to 5 points to secure the wedges effectively.
Users are tasked with manufacturing and installing the wedge based on specific situational needs. Ensure that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for uniform contact along inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should be maintained at a maximum of 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a quality level to ascertain precision leveling. The unit's axial level must be at an exacting 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling alignment with finesse. Before commencing, ensure these prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) The primary power supply must be securely turned off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with attention;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and other attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size enabling easy loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Ample stainless steel gaskets should be prepared to snugly cover the motor foot. These must be clean and impeccably flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Employ a precise dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (of 0.01mm accuracy) which must be customer-provided;
8) Have the necessary bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Engage the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for accurate dial indicator placement, aligning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) With deft adjustments of the motor feet bolts, synchronize the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, subsequently reviewing both outer circle runout and the end face runout for coupling accuracy.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, or during trial runs, it is vital to loosen and retighten them for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed spinning marvel, is vulnerable to damage from solid or liquid intrusion. It is essential to ensure connected pipelines are pristine and meet stringent steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these must be promptly rectified. It is prudent to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before compressor inlets.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories align with the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipeline must be independently supported, avoiding reliance on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its full strength and solidification, you may proceed with the compressor operation test. This step ensures reliability and performance, marking a pivotal moment in the operational readiness of the system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for optimal performance. To ensure a seamless connection, utilize a threading pipe to lay the wiring underground from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. After the cabinet is securely positioned, make sure to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This connection is crucial for maintaining a streamlined control process and ensuring efficient system operation.
