3.3.1 Gently position the compressor base integrally onto your foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring meticulous leveling of the unit, then skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Users must manufacture and install the wedge according to the actual environment, ensuring a finished contact surface with even contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve precision: the axial level of the unit is 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level stands at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Align the coupling. Before beginning, ensure the following vital requirements:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to avoid any electrical hazards;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for better access;
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness, ensuring it is free of debris or additional materials;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, ensuring they are flat and free of attachments. Avoid inserting elongated, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (0.01mm), sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Place the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free of any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade standards.Consider enhancing safety with solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Pipelines must incorporate the appropriate accessories per the PI diagram and be supported separately, ensuring the compressor body is free from undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, you are set to embark on the pivotal compressor operation test. This marks a significant milestone in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet for the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius from the unit. For seamless integration, the wiring should be securely encased within a threading pipe that runs underground, safeguarding against external elements. Once the control cabinet is appropriately situated, proceed to connect its wiring terminals to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a streamlined communication and control process.
