3.3.1 Carefully position the compressor base onto its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is leveled, apply spot welding to secure the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user should fabricate and install the wedges tailored to their environmental conditions, ensuring the contact surfaces are precisely finished for optimal inclined plane contact.

3.3.3 Ensure precise centering of the coupling. Prior to alignment, verify these crucial prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Confirm the motor installation surface is immaculate, free of debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must be sufficiently larger than bolt sizes to facilitate easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Prepare ample flat stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's foot. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (customer-supplied) with 0.01mm accuracy for superior alignment;
8) Have a convenient bracket ready to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) A motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator at the hub's edge, with the probe poised on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. Ensure the maximum allowable outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft line.
11) Conclude by firmly securing the motor foot bolts, then revisit and confirm the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling post motor idle test to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are fine-tuned, anchor bolts should be tightened. During the mechanical running phase, briefly release then retighten these bolts post-trial.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed component, is vulnerable to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid infiltration. It's imperative to ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.For added protection, installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is recommended.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure pipelines adhere to the PI diagram specifications, using additional brackets to support their weight, keeping the compressor body free from undue burden.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures that the setup is stable and secure, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For maximum efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipes for the wiring, which should be routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly installed, proceed by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, creating a reliable and efficient electrical network.
