The ingenious principle behind MVR is that the secondary steam produced by the evaporator undergoes compression through a highly efficient steam compressor. This process brilliantly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature cleverly returns the secondary steam to the evaporator to heat the materials, thus inducing evaporation and enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned under the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Expertly place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly level, spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 points to ensure stability.
The wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished, allowing for even contact along the inclined plane.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain exact leveling. The unit demands meticulous alignment with an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these specifications are met for optimal performance and efficiency.
3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment. Prior to initiating alignment, verify these crucial steps:
1) Disconnect the main power supply, ensuring safety first;
2) Dismantle the protective coupling shield for access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface for cleanliness - free from debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes surpass the bolt size, facilitating effortless adjustments by loosening bolts as needed;
6) Amass a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's feet. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and devoid of any attachments, avoiding long and slender gaskets for improper adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Securely mount the dial indicator using a bracket, as illustrated below, to support precise measurements;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designed for precision placement of a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe accurately reads the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and the motor center line harmoniously. Keep the maximum outer circle deviation at 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line for optimal coupling end face alignment of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by securely fastening the motor foot bolts. Thoroughly review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After perfecting the levelness and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen and re-tighten the bolts for assured security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, requires protection from any invading solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure the cleanliness and compliance of the inlet and outlet pipelines with the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any deviations.Consider installing solid-liquid separation technology (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) pre-emptively before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Precision installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes is paramount. Adhere to the PI diagram for accessory placement. Support the connected pipelines independently with robust brackets to prevent any undue load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all its auxiliary equipment is complete and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to embark on the exciting stage of conducting the compressor operation test. This step is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and verifying the seamless integration of the system.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5m radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that all wiring from the compressor to this control cabinet is securely connected via threading pipes, discreetly routed underground for added protection. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, thus ensuring a reliable and efficient communication link.
