3.3.1 For the paramount performance of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, ensure the compressor base is integrally positioned on a firm foundation. Gently settle wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, expertly manipulating them to attain a precise level.
Strategically arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating format. Once the equipment achieves immaculate leveling, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at no less than 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge must be skillfully crafted and installed by the user, customized to the specific scenario, guaranteeing a flawless contact surface for the uniform distribution of force.
The contact surface must be polished to perfection, ensuring even contact of the inclined plane. It is crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron doesn't exceed 40Kg/cm2.

3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is spotlessly clean and devoid of foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, permitting bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium-grade stainless steel gaskets to elevate the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and devoid of any attachments, avoiding the use of excessively long or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly constructed bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With finesse, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly raised compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, thoroughly reviewing the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to ensure flawless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been masterfully adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts to secure stability. Following mechanical operation or trial operation, it is vital to loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee lasting reliability.
3.3.5 Since the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this could irreparably harm the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fall short of these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.It is highly advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to ensure system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the installation process for the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. As you proceed, keep in mind the necessity of integrating the appropriate pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is of utmost importance that the pipeline linked to the compressor is reinforced by a separate support bracket. This measure is crucial to ensure that the compressor body remains free from any excess weight or pressure, thus safeguarding its integrity and functionality.
3.3.7 With the main fan and all associated equipment flawlessly installed and the concrete foundation now fully set and cured, you are ready to dive into the thrilling phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This vital step is designed to confirm that every component functions seamlessly and is primed for optimal performance, setting the stage for successful operations.
3.3.8 Strategically position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. A robust threading pipe should be employed to facilitate a smooth and unobtrusive underground connection of the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, proceed with precision to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a strong and dependable control link. This careful setup is crucial for maintaining seamless operational control.
