The groundbreaking principle at its core involves compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using an exceptionally efficient high-energy steam compressor. This process deftly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened temperature ingeniously recirculates the secondary steam back into the evaporator to effectively heat materials and induce evaporation, thus ingeniously achieving the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

The innovative Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor represents a breakthrough in turbine technology, powered by a highly efficient permanent magnet motor. The hallmark of its sophisticated design is the impeller, which is seamlessly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor, enabling the rotor to be directly supported by an advanced oil film bearing. This configuration facilitates direct drive via the high-speed motor, elegantly eliminating the need for a speed-increasing gearbox and coupling, thus maximizing efficiency and reliability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on its foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve level adjustment.
Alternate placing two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for stability.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user to fit specific needs, ensuring an even contact surface.
Note: The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure precision leveling. Requirements: Axial level should be 0.05/1000 mm, and horizontal level should be 0.10/1000 mm.
Ensure the unit meets these high standards for optimum performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous attention to detail. Before proceeding with alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation surface. It must be free of debris and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing adjustment flexibility;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet. Ensure gaskets are clean, flat, and avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Equip a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01 mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on its edge, ensuring the probe touches the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, achieve alignment of the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for a maximum deviation of 0.05 mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Ensure coupling end face deviation is between 0.03~0.05 mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then verify both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for alignment precision.;
12) Once the motor has passed the idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 With casing levelness and alignment confirmed, tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical or trial run, retighten for ensured security.

3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates utmost caution. Prevent any solids or liquids from entering, which could cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any incompatible pipelines immediately. Installing solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Proceed with installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for pipeline accessory installation. Pipelines must have independent support brackets to avoid imposing weight on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has reached full solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This marks an essential phase in ensuring that the High-Speed Steam Compressor with Direct Drive and Oil-Film Technology is prepared for optimum performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, requiring a meticulous connection via a threading pipe, should be routed underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. Upon securing the electric control cabinet in its designated position, ensure that the wiring terminals within the cabinet are expertly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, thereby guaranteeing efficient control and monitoring.
