Employ wedge-shaped shims with precision; these are ingeniously utilized to adjust the unit to a precise level, ensuring flawless operation.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern for maximum stability. Upon achieving perfect leveling, expertly spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 critical points. The wedge must be tailored and installed by the user, ensuring it meets specific conditions, providing a smooth and even contact surface for optimal force distribution.
The contact surface must be finished with expert precision to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane. It is paramount that the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains below 40Kg/cm2 to maintain structural integrity and performance.
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to meticulously establish the unit's level. Adhering to strict leveling standards, the axial level must reach 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands 0.10/1000mm, ensuring supreme accuracy.
3.3.3 For impeccable coupling alignment, follow these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely deactivated to uphold the highest safety standards;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision to prepare for alignment;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness for cleanliness, ensuring no foreign materials are present;
5) Verify that motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to facilitate motor adjustments with ease;
6) Prepare an ample supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to firmly support the motor's base. These must be impeccably flat and devoid of attachments, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter, boasting a 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer must provide;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach the dial indicator firmly on the wheel hub's edge, positioning its probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;

Ensure the outer circle's maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with a slight elevation of the motor shaft center line relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then critically review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to guarantee seamless and efficient operation.
3.3.4 Once the levelness and alignment of the casing have been expertly fine-tuned, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts to secure stability. After mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure lasting reliability and performance.
3.3.5 As the impeller operates at high speeds, it is vital to prevent any intrusion of solids or liquids, as this could cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean, adhering strictly to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo immediate rectifications.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to maintain system integrity and prevent contamination.
3.3.6 Begin by installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. It's imperative that these pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories, as illustrated in the PI diagram, to ensure optimal performance. Remember, a separate bracket must support the pipeline connected to the compressor. This crucial step is to prevent any excessive weight from impacting the compressor body, thereby safeguarding its integrity and functionality.
3.3.7 With the main fan and all associated equipment expertly installed, and the concrete foundation reaching its full strength, you are now ready to initiate the thrilling phase of the compressor operation test. This pivotal test is designed to verify that all components are functioning flawlessly and that the entire system is primed for peak performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter proximity to the compressor unit. To ensure seamless connectivity, employ a robust threading pipe to channel the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, with an underground path that maintains a clean aesthetic. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, carefully attach the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the respective lines at the remote DCS, forming a strong and dependable control connection.
