3.3.1 For a seamless setup, the compressor base must be meticulously placed upon the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve impeccable unit leveling. These shims are essential for precision.
Position alternating wedge-shaped irons; once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. This ensures steadfast stability.
Users are tasked with crafting and installing the wedge to suit specific scenarios. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished, which guarantees an even contact of the inclined plane.
The wedge's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ precision leveling methods using a level. The unit's axial level requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.
These meticulous measurements ensure optimal performance.
3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Prior to commencing alignment, adhere to these critical prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to prevent any interference.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for thorough access.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flawlessly flat with no debris or residues.
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size to facilitate precise adjustments.
6) Ensure stainless steel gaskets cover the motor feet perfectly flat, devoid of attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a bracket as illustrated for supporting the dial indicator accurately.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the hub edge, aligning precisely with the compressor wheel hub.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts at the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, ensuring minimal outer circle and end face runout for the coupling.;
12) Post motor idling, install the coupling intermediate section, ensuring flawless alignment and operation.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect casing levelness and alignment, firmly tighten anchor bolts. Following trial operations, loosen and retighten them to confirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands pristine conditions; any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible damage. Thus, ensure connecting pipelines are clean and meet the steam corrosion system's standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo immediate rectification.Incorporate solid liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard against contaminants.
3.3.6 During installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensure all associated accessories match the PI diagram specifications. Support these pipelines with separate brackets, ensuring the compressor body is not burdened with excess weight.
3.3.7 Upon the robust installation of the primary fan and its supporting equipment, accompanied by the complete curing of the concrete foundation, you are ready to embark on the pivotal compressor operation test. This crucial phase is fundamental to ensuring the seamless performance and reliability of the Enhanced Steam Compressor Featuring Speed Regulation for Vanadium Wastewater.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius from the unit itself. To execute a secure and efficient connection, utilize threading pipes for the wiring, ensuring that they are strategically routed underground. Following the successful installation of the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, establishing a streamlined and reliable communication pathway.
