At its core, the principle is elegantly simple: secondary steam, born from the evaporator, is meticulously compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This remarkable process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature is then channeled back into the evaporator, igniting the heating of materials and fostering evaporation. This cycle brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization, epitomizing sustainable energy utilization and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation, with expertly positioned wedge-shaped shims under the base to ensure meticulous unit leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, delicately spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 key points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user according to the specific situation, ensuring the contact surface is flawlessly finished for even contact with the inclined
plane. Note: The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
².).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to find the unit's perfect level. The axial level tolerance is a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level tolerance is an exacting 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is of utmost importance. Before commencing alignment, ensure these conditions are met:
1) Ensure absolute safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Gently remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size, allowing bolts to be loosened for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot—these gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Use a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm), brought by the customer, for precision alignment;
8) Ready the bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines closely. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is a minuscule 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then carefully review the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are impeccably adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. After a trial mechanical operation, loosen and retighten the bolts for ultimate security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe, permanent damage to the compressor. Therefore, ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should be fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket to ensure its weight is not borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is in perfect working order, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be discreetly routed through a threading pipe, efficiently concealed underground. After the precise positioning of the electric control cabinet, carefully connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a seamless and reliable operation.
