This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resultant elevated temperature and pressure are then cycled back to the evaporator, where this eco-friendly steam heats the materials, prompting further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated onto its foundation with precision. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit,
alternating the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, proceed to spot weld the irons securely at 4~5 strategic points. These wedges must be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions of the site. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for even pressure distribution (ideal contact of inclined
planes). Note, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Employ a highly accurate level to ascertain precision leveling. The unit's leveling specifications demand an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment. Before initiating alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are thoroughly met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flat and free of debris, ensuring no foreign particles or residues remain;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Maintain a stock of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using long or thin gaskets to adjust between motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the diagram below;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor feet bolts carefully to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely (or follow specific instructions). The outer circle deviation must not exceed 0.05mm (motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line), with coupling end face tolerances of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for assurance;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing is expertly leveled and aligned, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical operations (or trial runs), temporarily loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed, finely-tuned component; any solid or liquid interference can lead to irreversible damage. It is crucial to maintain the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring they meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any pipelines falling short of these specifications. Adding a solid-liquid separation device (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet is highly recommended.

3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines incorporate the necessary accessories following the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor should be independently supported by a separate bracket and must not rely on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has thoroughly solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically situated within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To maintain a clean aesthetic and ensure safety, the wiring connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly threaded through underground piping. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely positioned, seamlessly connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a smooth integration and operation of your system.
