The rise in temperature allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials to generate evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by gracefully placing the compressor base upon its foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims effortlessly beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Artfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons to secure stability, ensuring they are level. Spot weld these irons delicately in 4 to 5 strategic points.
Each wedge, uniquely crafted and installed by the user, should embrace the reality of its surroundings, ensuring an elegant contact surface.
The inclined surfaces must meet meticulously, with the wedge iron boasting a load-bearing capacity of no more than 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a level to attain the perfect horizontal and axial level, achieving precision with requirements of 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm respectively.

3.3.3 Masterful Coupling Centering: Ensure optimal alignment before proceeding with these checkpoints:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply for safety.
2) Remove the coupling shield with care to expose the alignment points.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Verify the immaculate flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free of foreign objects and debris.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are generously sized to allow for easy adjustments.
6) Prepare ample flat stainless steel gaskets for motor footing, avoiding the use of long, thin adjustment alternatives.
7) Deploy a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, as provided by the customer.
8) Ready the support bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated below for precise alignment.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Gently adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, keeping deviations within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft slightly elevated.

11) Upon achieving alignment, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, meticulously checking the runout of the coupling's outer circle and end face.;
12) After the motor idling test, elegantly reinstall the coupling intermediate section, completing the alignment process.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, fortify the casing's anchor bolts. Following a trial operation, release and retighten them for ultimate security.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from any solid or liquid intrusion that could compromise its integrity. Ensure the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines, meeting steam corrosion standards.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees as a precaution, upstream of the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate compressor inlet and outlet pipes, equipped with required accessories per PI diagram. Independently support the pipeline's weight to prevent strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, it's the perfect time to initiate the compressor operation test. Ensure that all systems are checked for optimum performance to guarantee a seamless testing experience.
3.3.8 To achieve maximum efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be meticulously executed using threading pipe, which should be installed underground for enhanced durability and protection. Once the electric control cabinet is in place, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure seamless integration and superior control capabilities.
