This is achieved by compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. As the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated, it is directed back to the evaporator. This process heats the materials, inducing evaporation, and effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, ensuring a sustainable and energy-efficient operation.

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base securely on the foundation, skillfully inserting wedge-shaped shims beneath to achieve optimal leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons in a meticulous manner, ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled. Then, strategically spot weld the irons at 4~5 points for added stability.
Craft and install the wedge carefully, tailored to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is uniformly finished for even contact of the inclined plane.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed the impressive limit of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's perfect level. The leveling standards are: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling must be centered with precision. Prior to alignment, ensure these critical steps are followed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply, ensuring complete safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with the utmost care;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section gracefully;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign substances, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to allow for smooth adjustments;
6) Adequately prepare enough stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor feet. Gaskets must be attachment-free and impeccably flat. Avoid using elongated gaskets between the motor and the base for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a solid bracket for the dial indicator support, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Through skillful adjustments of bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should range between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively tighten the motor foot bolts, diligently checking the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) After the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with care.
3.3.4 With the 'levelness' and alignment impeccably adjusted, secure the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, carefully loosen and retighten them for enhanced precision.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands that no solid or liquid infiltrates it to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure the compressor-connected inlet and outlet pipelines are scrupulously clean, aligning with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines without delay. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn the import and export pipelines with appropriate accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline affixed to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, sparing the compressor body from bearing any weight.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supplementary equipment, and once the concrete has reached its full strength and stability, you are all set to proceed with the compressor's operational testing. This ensures your setup is ready for optimum and reliable performance!
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The electrical connections from the compressor to the control cabinet should be encased in a threading pipe and routed underground for safety and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is securely installed, proceed to integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless communication and control.
