3.3.1 Start by seamlessly placing the compressor base on its foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims below the base, expertly designed to achieve impeccable leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, meticulously level the unit, and execute spot welding on the irons at 4~5 strategic points, ensuring a robust foundation.
The user is tasked with crafting and installing the wedge, tailored to their unique situation, with a focus on achieving perfect contact on the inclined plane.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity is critical and must not surpass the threshold of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's exact level. Adhere to stringent leveling criteria: achieving an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure absolute precision and accuracy in leveling for optimal performance.
3.3.3 Seamlessly center the coupling. Before embarking on alignment, diligently confirm the following prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation surface for absolute flatness, free from any debris or attachments;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than the bolts, facilitating smooth adjustment via loosening;
6) Equip with ample stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat with no attachments. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with exacting 0.01mm accuracy, supplied by the customer.
8) Secure a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.
9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket to skillfully position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring the probe contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is optimally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft line. Achieve coupling end face perfection within 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts and re-evaluate both the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for assurance.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, confidently install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of levelness and alignment of the casing, proceed to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operation, judiciously loosen and retighten these bolts for reinforced safety.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, requires the utmost care. Any solid or liquid encroachments can cause irreversible damage. Ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and align with the system's steam corrosion standards, remedying any discrepancies promptly. Implement solid-liquid separation solutions, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.Suggested enhancements include solid-liquid separation equipment to maintain integrity.
3.3.6 Expertly install both the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines incorporate suitable pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Support associated pipelines independently, preventing undue stress on the compressor body, safeguarding its longevity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are securely in place and the concrete foundation is fully hardened, you're ready to kick-start the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the seamless functionality and efficiency of our advanced machinery.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the unit. Ensure meticulous installation by threading the wiring through an underground pipe, establishing a robust and protected connection. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely positioned, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for streamlined operations and superior control.
