At its core, MVR operates on a brilliant principle: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This rise in temperature enables the secondary steam to return triumphantly to the evaporator, heating materials and spurring evaporation, thereby masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DML Series: A Pinnacle of Steam Compression Technology. Our DML series low temperature rise steam compressors are meticulously crafted, featuring a sophisticated compressor body consisting of a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, and more. Seamlessly integrated with a coupling, motor, and state-of-the-art electric instruments, this series stands as a testament to cutting-edge engineering and innovation.
3.3.1 Securely position the compressor's integrally designed base onto the foundation. Gently slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, employing them to achieve a perfectly level unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the leveling is complete, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points to ensure stability.
The creation and installation of these wedges should be tailored by the user to suit specific conditions. The contact surfaces must be meticulously finished for seamless contact of inclined planes.
The strength of the wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve an impeccable level. The unit's leveling benchmarks are stringent: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect centering of the coupling. Before embarking on alignment, ensure these vital prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section diligently;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for any debris or impurities, ensuring an impeccably clean surface;
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, facilitating adjustments by loosening the bolt to reposition the motor flawlessly;
6) Equip yourself with a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's feet. Ensure these gaskets are immaculately clean, devoid of any attachments, and sufficiently flat. Avoid the use of long and slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or an advanced laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm (self-supplied by the customer);
8) Prepare the essential bracket to adeptly support the dial indicator, as beautifully illustrated in the figure below;
9) Deploy the motor wheel hub mounting bracket effectively, positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts encircling the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines to perfection (or as per specific instructions), while ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation does not surpass 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line being slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclusively, tighten the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout for precision;
12) Finally, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post the motor's idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are refined, secure the anchor bolts tightly. After the machinery's operation or a trial run, slightly loosen the bolts and retighten them for absolute security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be guarded against the entry of any solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. It is imperative that the pipelines connecting the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's stringent steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified. It's highly advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, right before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal safety.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories, as detailed in the PI diagram. Supporting these pipelines with an independent bracket is crucial to ensure their weight is never borne by the delicate compressor body.
3.3.7 After the successful installation of the main fan and all ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully cured, you are ready to undertake the compressor operation test with confidence.
