As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam elevate, allowing it to return to the evaporator to effectively heat materials and facilitate evaporation. 3.3.1 The installation of the compressor base is pivotal for ensuring optimal performance. Carefully position the integrally designed base on the foundation. To achieve precise leveling, place wedge-shaped shims under the base strategically. These shims, essential for adjusting the unit's level, should be placed alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, execute spot welding on the wedge-shaped iron at 4 to 5 points. It's important to note that the user is responsible for manufacturing and installing these wedges, tailored to the actual situation. The contact surfaces should be refined to ensure even contact across the inclined plane with a bearing capacity not exceeding 40 Kg/cm².

3.3.3 Precise coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to initiating the alignment process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, and position the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. The maximum deviation for the outer circle is specified at 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face should register between 0.03mm and 0.05mm;

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, and then reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Post motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving precise alignment and levelness of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical or trial operation, it's imperative to first loosen and then re-tighten these bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a highly sensitive, fast-rotating component. Any intrusion of solid or liquid matter can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. Consequently, it's crucial to maintain the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor. They must comply with the steam corrosion grade standards pertinent to the system. Pipelines not in alignment with these standards should be rectified immediately. It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 When installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram to ensure the inclusion of all pertinent pipeline accessories. The pipeline connecting to the compressor must be independently supported by an additional bracket, ensuring that no weight is borne by the compressor body, thereby safeguarding its structural integrity.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supplementary apparatus are securely installed, and the concrete has reached complete solidification, you are set to initiate the compressor's operational test. This crucial phase will ensure that all components are functioning harmoniously, paving the way for optimal performance of the Advanced Steam Compressor.
3.3.8 The installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet is recommended to be within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For a seamless connection, ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is expertly housed within a threading pipe, discreetly routed underground. Post-installation, it is imperative to connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the lines located at the remote DCS, ensuring an efficient and reliable communication network for the Advanced Steam Compressor's operation.
