The increased temperature allows the secondary steam to re-enter the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation journey by setting the compressor base securely on the foundation. Slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once your unit reaches the desired level, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember, the wedge must be
crafted and positioned by you, tailored to your unique conditions. Ensure a pristine contact surface for seamless engagement of the inclined plane.
Note: The wedge iron's bearing capacity should never exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain the exactness of the unit's position. Aim for perfection with these leveling standards: axial level of an impeccable 0.05/1000mm and horizontal
level of a flawless 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling precision by centering it flawlessly. Before embarking on alignment, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Secure safety by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, free from any debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are oversized relative to the bolt size for effortless adjustments;
6) Assemble enough perfectly smooth stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Use a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (to be sourced by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the subsequent illustration;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket facilitates the positioning of a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with a probe reaching the compressor wheel hub's exterior;
10) By meticulously adjusting the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with utmost precision, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the "levelness" and alignment of the casing are adjusted to perfection, tighten the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for enhanced security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a marvel of high-speed rotation, demands safeguarding from any solid or liquid intrusion that could cause irreversible harm. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and adhere to the system’s steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify any pipelines not meeting these criteria. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram meticulously to integrate relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, never relying on the compressor body to bear its weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its auxiliary equipment is complete, and the concrete has fully cured to perfection, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step will ensure everything functions seamlessly and efficiently.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control hub should be meticulously threaded through pipes that run discreetly underground. Once the control cabinet is carefully set in place, ensure that the wiring terminals inside are perfectly aligned and connected with the lines at the remote DCS for flawless integration.
