It achieves this by efficiently reusing the secondary steam energy that it generates. The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, which skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. This process results in an elevation of pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature steam is then channeled back into the evaporator, where it heats the materials, instigating evaporation and thereby recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This ingenious system enables a sustainable cycle of energy reuse.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Set the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims under the base to adjust the unit's level, ensuring optimal balance.
Place the wedge-shaped irons in alternating sequences. Once properly leveled, secure each shim with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points for unwavering stability.
Fabricate and install the wedge as per individual requirements, ensuring a refined contact surface that guarantees even pressure distribution across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm², emphasizing durability and strength.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish absolute levelness, adhering to rigorous standards: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure the unit maintains these precision levels for peak operational performance.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling centering. Before alignment, adhere to the following essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the central section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, debris, or impurities.
5) The motor's bolt hole should exceed bolt size, allowing easy loosening for optimal motor adjustment.
6) Prepare an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. The gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long and thin strips for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (self-supplied by the customer);
8) Set up a support bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's exterior for precise readings.
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines to near-perfection (referencing specific instructions), keeping the outer circle deviation under 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then reassess the coupling for both outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten bolts to maintain integrity.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed rotating element, prevent solid or liquid ingress to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines, meeting the steam corrosion grade standards of the system.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, equip import and export pipelines with the needed accessories. Use a separate bracket to support the pipelines, never burdening the compressor body with their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been securely installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that all components are working harmoniously, paving the way for an efficient and smooth operational flow.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, encased in threading pipe, should be thoughtfully routed underground, ensuring both safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is in position, connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, creating a seamless integration that supports reliable and efficient operation.
