This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced temperature then channels the secondary steam back to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and inducing evaporation. In this way, it achieves the ingenious recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To seamlessly integrate the compressor base into the foundation, first place wedge-shaped shims judiciously beneath the base. These are vital for ensuring the alignment and leveling of the unit.
For optimal stability, arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points.
The user must craft and position the wedge according to specific situational needs, ensuring the contact surface is impeccably finished for uniform contact on the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron is crucial and must not exceed a weight of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to attain the utmost level accuracy. For the unit, the axial level must achieve 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands 0.10/1000mm, ensuring perfection.
The horizontal alignment must be precise, meeting the stringent requirement of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving a perfectly centered coupling is crucial. Prior to commencing alignment, adhere to the following essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to secure safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield to facilitate access and adjustment;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it is free from foreign materials, dirt, or any attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes need to be sufficiently larger than the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's footing. These gaskets must be impeccably clean and flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to ensure impeccable alignment;
8) Assemble a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, enabling a dial indicator probe to measure the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to fine-tune the alignment, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines converge closely, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should exceed the compressor low-speed shaft center.

11) Once aligned, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, anchor bolts must be fastened. Following mechanical operation or trial runs, the bolts should be loosened and re-tightened for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed component, is sensitive to any solid or liquid intrusion, posing the risk of irreversible damage. It is critical to ensure the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's specified steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification, with the addition of solid-liquid separation devices recommended for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 For the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for relevant pipeline accessories. Pipelines must be independently supported by additional brackets, ensuring the compressor body is not burdened by pipeline weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan along with its ancillary equipment is complete and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For seamless functionality and safety, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius. Ensure that the wiring connecting the compressor to this cabinet is adeptly threaded through piping and routed underground for protection and neatness. Subsequent to placing the electric control cabinet, meticulously link the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS.
